Here is a house I designed in college:

There is one thing that should be designed into homes to help make them universal, a place where an elevator can be put in. (See picture below). This will help you access all floors of the house if needed in the future.

The pictures above are Accessible Fours Plexes that I have designed in the hopes of finding investors to develop them. There is a lack of accessible accommodations.
